The launching of Youth Hub itself was quite an event, with more than 100 guests from a myriad of organisations curious to know what Masjid Kassim has in store. It was short and sweet, with guests treated to the amazing vocals of Madrasah Aljunied Nasyid group and of course, a sumptious spread of food. More inportantly, the event was also a useful meeting point for volunteers and activists alike to get to know each other better, in hope of creating sparks for planning future events. Insyallah it will be a start of a melting pot of ideas where different organisations work hand in hand towards the same goal; to answer to our higher calling and be of service to the Ummah.
